NaNoWriMo: November Flurry!

I will, for the third year, be participating in the National Novel Writing Month, which runs throughout the whole of November.

It’s fantasmic, sweat-inducing goddiness with a deadline of 50 000 words by the stroke of midnight on November 30th.

It is the ultimate challenge to push yourself and allow others that are pushing themselves to inspire you to see what those ten or six or three fingers of yours can really accomplish. Sweetness! Join in!

Project this year is continuing on from last year. It’s been edited heavily and I’m ready to pick it back up and try to delve further into the world and characters I’m trying to create. It’s a fantasy-adventure with ties to the modern world (God, it isn’t a Harry Potter wannabe, I swear). Title: Mirrorscapes.

Keep you posted.

And if you’re a NaNo, would love to know and add you as a buddy on the page.

Update 2010/12/09: Yeah, I was very excited for NaNo this year as I really did want to get a good chunk of this novel of mine finished, but I had to bail after the first week – feeling lousy about it, too – because of time constraints. And what was constraining it, you wonder? Well, there’s fodder for a few posts, actually, so I’ll just leave it a mystery for now. Ohhhh, cliffhanger.
